Diagnóstico situacional del covid-19 y efectividad de las medidas de salud pública en el hospital sub regional de Andahuaylas, 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación, tuvo como objetivo determinar el diagnóstico situacional del COVID-19 y efectividad de las medidas de salud pública en el hospital sub regional de Andahuaylas - 2021. Estudio descriptivo, observacional de corte transversal, considerando una población de 5285 pacientes atendidos en el año 2021 considerando una muestra de 228 pacientes, los datos fueron procesados mediante el programa estadístico SPSS versión 26. Obteniendo como resultados se observa el grupo etario más numeroso es el de 19-45 años con 86 personas afectadas, seguido del grupo de 46-54 años con 85 de personas afectadas y con 41 personas involucradas el grupo etario de más de 65 años de edad, el género masculino fue más afectado con un total de 123 personas afectadas, mientras que el género femenino tuvo 104 personas involucradas, 27 personas afectadas, seguido de 09 personas con diabetes involucradas, un 18% de casos confirmados y el mes más afectado fueron : marzo (26%), febrero (28%) y abril (24%) del anterior año, 25.40% de tasa de mortalidad y los meses más afectados fueron : mayo (32.5%), abril (30.90%) y julio (23.70%) del anterior año, mayo (62.4%), junio (61.9%) y julio (56.3%) del anterior año y un 72.40 % de recuperación y los meses más afectados fueron : diciembre (100%), noviembre (80%) setiembre (88.90%) y junio (107.3%) del anterior año. Concluyentemente se afirma que la tasa de letalidad alcanzo un pico alto en el segundo trimestre del año siendo el mes más letal, mayo y junio.

The objective of this research study was to determine the situational diagnosis of COVID-19 and the effectiveness of public health measures in the sub regional hospital of Andahuaylas - 2021. Descriptive, observational cross-sectional study, considering a population of 5285 patients attended in the year 2021 considering a sample of 228 patients, the data were processed using the statistical program SPSS version 26. Obtaining as results we observe the most group is the 46-54 years with 85 people affected ,followed by the group of 19-45 years with 86 people affected and with 41 people involved the age group over 65 years, the male gender was more affected with a total of 123 people affected ,while the female gender had 104 people involved, 27 people affected, followed by 09 people with diabetes involved, 18% of confirmed cases and the most affected month were : March (26%), February (28%) and April (24%) of the previous year, 25. 40% mortality rate and the most affected months were : May (32.5%), April (30.90%) and July (23.70%) of the previous year, May (62.4%), June (61.9%) and July (56.3%) of the previous year and 72.40% recovery rate and the most affected months were : December (100%), November (80%) September (88.90%) and June (107.3%) of the previous year. Conclusion The case fatality rate reached a high peak in the second quarter of the year, with the most lethal months being May and June.
