Gestión y manejo de los residuos sólidos en el Centro de Salud Pueblo Joven nivel I-4 Abancay- Apurímac 2018

| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación, se evaluó la gestión y el manejo de los residuos sólidos en el Centro de Salud Pueblo Joven nivel I-4 Abancay- Apurímac en el año 2018. Teniendo como fin conocer el cumplimiento y eficacia de la norma técnica de salud Nº 096 en el lugar de estudio. La metodología fue de tipo básica, de nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La unidad de estudio se constituye por todos los servicios, áreas generadoras de residuos sólidos y todo el personal involucrado en la gestión y el manejo de los residuos sólidos en el “Centro de Salud Pueblo Joven”, siendo el tipo de muestreo el no probabilístico. La recolección de datos fue a través de la técnica de la observación y la revisión documentaria, aplicando como instrumento listas de verificación para cada variable. Los resultados de la evaluación determinan una gestión y un manejo de residuos sólidos que no cumplen con la norma técnica de salud Nº 096, determinándose como deficientes en el Centro Salud Pueblo Joven nivel I-4 Abancay- Apurímac 2018. Constatándose la prueba hipótesis formulada, con los resultados en la gestión de 46 indicadores evaluados, 27 que no cumplen (58,7%) obteniéndose según instrumento de evaluación una puntuación alcanzada de 21 (22,8%) del total de 92 (100%) que lo califica como deficiente. En el manejo de los residuos sólidos, del total de 32 indicadores evaluados se obtuvo en el grado de cumplimiento “no hacen” en 15 indicadores (46,9%) y una puntuación de 18 (28,1%) del total de 64 puntos, calificándose también como deficiente | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present investigation, the management and handling of solid waste in the Pueblo Joven Health Center level I-4 Abancay-Apurímac in 2018 was evaluated. With the purpose of knowing the compliance and effectiveness of the "technical standard of health No. 096 in the place of study”. The methodology was basic type, descriptive level, non-experimental design and cross-sectional. The study unit is made up of all the services, solid waste generating areas and all the personnel involved in the management and handling of solid waste in the "Pueblo Joven Health Center", the type of sampling being non-probabilistic. The data collection was through the technique of observation and documentary review, applying checklists for each variable as an instrument. The results of the evaluation determine a management and handling of solid waste that do not comply with the technical health standard No. 096, determining deficiencies in the Pueblo Joven Health Center level I-4 Abancay-Apurímac 2018. Confirming the formulated hypothesis test, with the results in the management of 46 indicators evaluated, 27 that do not comply (58.7%) obtaining, according to the evaluation instrument, a score of 21 (22.8%) of the total of 92 (100%) that qualifies it as deficient .
