Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación plantea como objetivo determinar el efecto de sustratos en la propagación asexual de Pitahaya (Hylocereus undatus) variedad roja en Illanya, Abancay 2021, para llegar al objetivo se ha considerado una investigación experimental con un diseño por bloques completamente aleatorio con 3 tratamientos: T1: 50% de Humus de lombriz + 50% de Tierra agrícola, T2: 50% de Compost + 50% de Tierra agrícola y T3: 50% de Estiércol de cuy + 50% de Tierra agrícola y T0: 100% Tierra agrícola el testigo, con 4 repeticiones, con una población de de 160 plantas de pitahaya la que también formaron parte de la muestra, llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: En cuanto al Tamaño de brote (cm) evaluada en la semana 7 el tratamiento T3 tienen significativamente mayor tamaño de brote de 31.63 +-1.037cm, frente a los tratamientos: T0 (Testigo) de 24.55 +- 2.315cm, T2 de 24.18 +- 3.341cm y el tratamiento y T1 que tiene el Promedio de
23.58 +- 5.255cm. En cuanto al Número de brotes el tratamiento T3 tiene el Promedio de 4.08+-0.359 mayor significativamente que los tratamientos T1 con 2.93+-0.85, T2 con 2.73+-0.465, y T0 (Testigo) con 2.3+-0.535. En cuanto Longitud de raíz el tratamiento T3 tiene el Promedio 26.69+-2.569, T0 (Testigo) de 25.78+- 0.729 y T1 de 23.73+-0.612 los cuales son significativamente mayor que el tratamiento T2 de 19.62+-3.017 y en cuanto Número de raíces el tratamiento T3 tiene el Promedio de 26.69+-1.86 significativamente mayor a los tratamientos T1 de 16.18+-0.236, T0 (Testigo) de 14.7+-1.105 y T2 de 14.2+-0.841.
The objective of this research work is to determine the effect of substrates on the asexual propagation of Pitahaya (Hylocereus undatus) red variety in Illanya, Abancay 2021, to reach the objective an experimental investigation with a completely randomized block design with 3 Treatments: T1: 50% Worm Humus + 50% Agricultural Land, T2: 50% Compost + 50% Agricultural Land and T3: 50% Guinea Pig Manure + 50% Agricultural Land and T0: 100% Land agricultural control, with 4 repetitions, with a population of 160 pitahaya plants, which were also part of the sample, reaching the following conclusions: Regarding the size of the shoot (cm) evaluated at week 7, the T3 treatment has Significantly larger shoot size of 31.63 +- 1.037cm, compared to the treatments: T0 (Control) of 24.55 +- 2.315cm, T2 of 24.18 +- 3.341cm and the treatment and T1 that has the Average of 23.58 +- 5.255cm . Regarding the number of outbreaks, treatment T3 has an average of 4.08+-0.359 significantly higher than treatments T1 with 2.93+-0.85, T2 with 2.73+-0.465, and T0 (Control) with 2.3+-0.535. Regarding Root Length, treatment T3 has an Average of 26.69+-2.569, T0 (Control) of 25.78+-0.729 and T1 of 23.73+-0.612, which are significantly greater than treatment T2 of 19.62+-3.017 and as Number of roots, treatment T3 has an average of 26.69+-1.86 significantly higher than treatments T1 of 16.18+-0.236, T0 (Control) of 14.7+-1.105 and T2 of 14.2+-0.841.
