Abstract
La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la resistencia a flexión en vigas de madera eucalyptus globulus de diferentes edades para la construcción de viviendas rurales en Chuquibambilla, Grau –Apurímac, 2022. Para lo cual, el método utilizado fue inductivo, de tipo aplicativo, con nivel de investigación descriptivo, con diseño experimental y enfoque cuantitativa, donde se realizaron ensayos a flexión de 36 vigas a escala de 83 x 83 x 1500 mm, 140 x 140 x 2500 mm, 194 x 194 x 3500 mm, 4 unidades de cada medida por cada edad de 25, 50, 75 años, en la humedad seca en condición ambiente en la que se encuentra apta para su empleo en la construcción.
Los resultados obtenidos fueron los siguientes: la resistencia a flexión resulto de 25 años 69.39 MPa, de 50 años 79.33 MPa y de 75 años 82.37 MPa, la carga máxima soportada a flexión resulto tal como se muestra en la tabla 8, el esfuerzo admisible a flexión resulto de 25 años 12.937 MPa, de 50 años 14.05 MPa, y de 75 años 17.52 MPa, el módulo de elasticidad mínima resulto para 25 años 3796.072 MPa, de 50 años 7622.16 MPa y de 75 años 5527.50 MPa y el módulo de elasticidad promedio resulto de 25 años 6528.54 MPa, de 50 años 10643.93 MPa y de 75 años 9425.31 MPa; estos resultados nos permiten estimular la utilización de la madera Eucalyptus Globulus en condición seca y de mayor edad a utilizar con fines estructurales especialmente cuando trabajen a flexión, donde facilitan su utilización con seguridad y sobre todo que conserve la naturaleza de las viviendas rurales de madera y casas de campo.
The objective of this research is to determine the flexural strength of Eucalyptus globulus wood beams of different ages for the construction of rural housing in Chuquibambilla, Grau -Apurimac, 2022. For which the method used was inductive, of applicative type, with descriptive research level, with experimental design and quantitative approach, where bending tests were carried out on 36 beams to scale of 83 x 83 x 1500 mm, 140 x 140 x 2500 mm, 194 x 194 x 3500 mm, 4 units of each measure for each age of 25, 50, 75 years, in dry humidity in ambient condition in which it is suitable for use in construction. The results obtained were as follows: the bending strength resulted for 25 years 69.39 MPa, for 50 years 79.33 MPa and for 75 years 82.37 MPa, the maximum load supported in bending resulted as shown in Table 8, the allowable stress in bending resulted for 25 years 12. 937 MPa, for 50 years 14.05 MPa, and for 75 years 17.52 MPa, the minimum modulus of elasticity resulted for 25 years 3796.072 MPa, for 50 years 7622.16 MPa and for 75 years 5527.50 MPa, and the minimum modulus of elasticity resulted for 25 years 5527.50 MPa. 50 MPa and the average modulus of elasticity resulted for 25 years 6528.54 MPa, for 50 years 10643.93 MPa and for 75 years 9425.31 MPa; these results allow us to stimulate the use of Eucalyptus Globulus wood in dry condition and of older age to be used for structural purposes especially when they work in bending, where they facilitate their use with safety and above all to preserve the nature of rural wooden houses and country houses.
